The FSAE Foundation is proud to announce its 2022 Grant Recipients. Thanks to our generous corporate partners and member contributions, we’ve awarded 14 grants totaling $8,485 for professional development funding. Additionally, six grants were awarded through the Diversity Acceleration Program (DAP) Grant program underwritten by The Renaissance – Limitless ASR and Stephens & Associates.

The Young & Emerging Professionals Committee will be holding a fundraiser virtually and at all FSAE events during the month of February. All funds raised will go directly to support initiatives of the FSAE Foundation. Click here for options to participate.
The mission of the FSAE Foundation is to support education, research, professional development, publications, and public relations efforts for the association management professional. Since 2002, the Foundation has awarded 365 grants totaling over $218,200 for members to attend educational conferences or earn their CAE/CMP designations.
Approximately 5.0 hours of continuing education can be earned in the Full Course, prior to the CAE application deadline. Approximately 27.0 hours can be used towards your CAE renewal.
Preparing for the CAE exam is crucial for your success. FSAE is partnering with the Michigan Society (MSAE) to offer multiple options for virtual prep courses and materials at the member rate. (Make sure to indicate you're an FSAE member to get the discount!)

The FSAE Nominating Committee is seeking nominations (Self-Nominations only) for individuals with leadership and management experience to serve as Officers on the 2022-23 Board of Directors including Chair-Elect (3-year commitment), Treasurer (1-year term) and Secretary (1-year term).

FSAEs new learning management system (LMS), the FSAE Digital Learning Platform features recorded Roundtables and Power Luncheons over the past year and a half. Important topics like contract negotiations, digital badges & microcredentials, bias and inclusion are all at your fingertips for on-demand education and credit. Plus, these recorded meetings are FREE for members though March 31, 2022! Our Qualified Association Specialist program is also available on the LMS. Check it out!

During our November & December in-person events, FSAE is collecting donations for the children at Capital City Youth Services. CCYS provides services that promote the healthy development of youth and families in the Big Bend area and works with homeless, runaway, and at-risk youth. Services include temporary housing, counseling, outreach programs and safe places. Items most needed throughout the year include hygiene and survival items, clothing and home goods/linens.
