FSAE is seeking host locations for the Annual Conference in 2028, 2029 and 2030. This is a great opportunity to bring association executives to your property/location to experience it first hand, especially if you've undergone a recent renovation, are a new property or have something new to show off. Please review the 2028-2030 Annual Conference RFP to see if this event is a good fit to assist you in your goals for booking association business.
The Annual Conference is FSAE's premier event each year, when fellow FSAE members gather to attend educational programs, network and create new business relationships. As the Annual Conference host, FSAE features your property/location in all conference-related marketing and communications all year long. Event attendees gain firsthand exposure to your property/location, which can result in additional business opportunities for you.
FSAE shows preference to member properties. If you are interested in hosting an FSAE event that brings members to your location, please complete the RFP by Friday, October 17, 2025 to be considered.
