Membership Trends: Understand, Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome!

John RiccoSpeaker: John Ricco, MPA, CAE; Partners in Assn Management

 1 Hour CAE

Are you properly addressing the expectations of your customers? The “on demand” conveniences that we expect from Netflix, phone apps and the like is causing all of us to “up our game” to ensure we meet the expectations of our members. Is your organization up to the task?

Join John Ricco for this informative session and learn:

  • trends and expectations created by the for-profit world and how they can influence the not-for-profit world
  • environmental factors that affect a member’s decision to join an organization
  • strategies and techniques to help organizations “improvise, adapt and overcome” the membership challenges faced in today’s world

John Ricco, MPA, CAE, is Vice President with Partners in Association Management; a Tallahassee based Association Management Company. John is a professional with over 20 years of expertise in all facets of the association management including; executive leadership, advocacy, non-dues revenue generation, fundraising, corporate relations and member relations. He is a Past Chairman of the Florida Society of Association Executives and is Past President of his local Toastmasters Club.
