Create Awesome Value for Your Association: Lessons from ”Shark Tank” Startups and Innovative Companies

CAE1 Hour CAE

Reed Scott
Speakers: Bob Reed and Wendy Scott
Reed Scott Consulting

What do members and prospects need most from your organization? Are you able to successfully meet their expectations and offer solutions they can use?
Successful start-up entrepreneurs and innovative companies have processes and tools they use to evaluate value and meet customer expectations - and these are available for association leaders too. Learn how to unearth REAL member needs - their pain-points and challenges, and translate those needs into valuable solutions you can deliver. Speakers Bob Reed and Wendy Scott share a practical, low risk, low-cost approach to innovation to help you grow and retain your membership.

Wendy Scott has served as an Executive Director/CEO, trainer and advisor to dozens of professional societies and trade associations for over 30 years. As a successful entrepreneur throughout her career, Wendy applies proven methods in innovation to strategic planning, member benefits, recruitment and retention initiatives. Bob Reed assists associations, professional societies, and business start-ups solve their most pressing problems while growing and sustaining their organizations and engaging members. In this special niche market, Bob works with and mentors start-ups in the U.S., Europe, and Asia and applies “startup” best practices to nonprofit organizations.
