Learn tips and tricks for training new and existing Leadership and Staff to build a new standard for a purpose-filled culture. 

A serial entrepreneur, Drew McLeod has been in the hospitality industry for more than 40 years. Having created the iconic Paradise Grill & Bar in 1992, McLeod began opening and operating other operations in and around Tallahassee. As a consultant, McLeod has been a part of transforming several operations including the DoubleTree by Hilton, Tallahassee. In addition to his hospitality career, Drew’s real-world experience in banking, real estate, association management and technology has allowed him to relate to all facets of the business community.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests made in writing by 5:00 pm, Thursday, August 15, will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations made after Aug. 15 WILL NOT receive a refund. There will be no refunds for “no shows.
