Diversity, Equity & Inclusion No-Nonsense Experience Series:
A Deep Dive to Build Your Comfort, Strength and Strategies for Change

Many of us are not comfortable with in-depth conversations about Race and the rest of the ‘BIG 8’ (Gender, Sexuality, Politics, Age, Ability/Disability, Socioeconomics, and Religion). We simply haven’t developed the skills.

Now is the time.

In our organizations, families, places of worship, and friendships, these skills are needed - and right now. The No-Nonsense Experience is a four-part deep-dive series of discussions on Race, Diversity, Inclusion and Bias. Each week we will investigate a different aspect of the “Race Question” utilizing refined questions and conversation prompts along with expert facilitation to help you build Comfort, Strength and Strategies for change around these issues.​

• Increase your comfort and expertise in conversations about race and other aspects of Diversity
• Develop ‘muscles’ around your thoughts, intentions, actions, and behaviors regarding Diversity, Inclusion, and Bias
• Build Strategies for change and engagement individually and organizationally

The Series begins Thursday, September 10 and continues weekly for the next 4 weeks, ending Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 11:00 AM EST  (Sept. 10, 17, 24 and 30). Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be made in writing by 5:00 pm, August 26 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made after August 26, WILL NOT receive a refund. There will be no refunds for “no shows.”
