UnMasking Your Food & Beverage: Safe F&B Options for Your Next Event  

October Meeting Planner Roundtable attendees had a lively discussion on In-Person Meeting Logistics. This meeting will take a deeper dive into the Food & Beverage portion of that conversation. New safety standards have changed the way food and beverage looks at events, but that hasn’t stopped the team at the University Center Club. Pam Monnier, Private Event Director at UCC and her team have been using creative concepts to provide fun but safe food and beverage options for their recent events! During this meeting attendees will get to experience first-hand some of their food & beverage options, as well as discuss with Pam the exciting concepts they have been producing at UCC.

Meeting Safety Plan

• Touch Free Check-In: FSAE staff will check you in for the meeting digitally. There will be temperature checks for each attendee before entering the meeting space.
• BYO-Nametag: Bring Your Own Nametag! We will have stick-on options available on-site if you need one.
• Masks Are Required: Make sure to bring your mask! All staff and attendees will be required to wear a face mask. Once seated masks can be removed but must be worn when moving around the meeting room. If you forget your mask we will have a few available at the check in desk.
• Bento Box Lunch: Lunch will be a bento box prepared for your safety and convenience.
• Socially Distanced Set-Up: All tables will be set socially distanced and we will have hand sanitizer available at each table.

Affordable fees are possible because of our Associates’ generosity and investment in FSAE.

The FSAE Meeting Planner Roundtable is open to FSAE Executive Members and Meeting Planners only. Online registration is open until one day prior to the luncheon. On-site registrations are based on availability and are on a first-come basis. The luncheon will begin promptly at 11:30 am and end at 1:00 pm. There is no charge for this event, although a donation to the FSAE Foundation is encouraged.

Cancellations should be directed to the FSAE office by calling (850) 702-0942. Individuals who fail to cancel reservations prior to noon on the day before the Roundtable will be billed $25. No shows will be billed $25.
