If you have a paying guest/spouse** registration, the evening events are also included in their registration. Extra tickets to social events are available if you plan to bring any additional (non-registered) guest(s) with you to one or both of the evening events. This is not to be used as an option to bring a co-worker or colleague in the association management or supplier industries.
**Spouse/Guest refers to significant others or family members only.
To be identified as an Executive or Associate on your name badge, you must register separately as such.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing before 5 pm on May 30 to receive a full refund. Cancellations between May 31 and Friday, June 20 will receive a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Fees will not be refunded for registrations cancelled after June 20 or for no-shows.
Registration Transfers: To transfer your registration to another person in your organization, please submit a request detailing changes via email to [email protected]. There is a $75 processing fee for transfers that happen after May 31. Transfers after June 30 will be processed onsite.
Please Note: There is no option to pay later or be invoiced when registering for Conference. Use this form if you need an invoice option.
The FSAE Annual Conference is only affordable because of the generous sponsors that make this event an amazing experience for all attendees. Conference would be nearly three times as expensive for all attendees without their generous support. Please show your Sponsor Love: thank and contact them when in need of any of the services they can provide.
