The FSAE Board of Directors announces Hester Ndoja, CAE as the Interim President/CEO after the recent passing of our beloved leader Frank Rudd on September 12, 2023.

Hester joined the FSAE staff in 2008 and was promoted to Vice President in 2015. She is the staff liaison for the Membership and Sponsorship Committees, and manages the FSAE Foundation initiatives. Hester’s appointment comes with the resounding recommendation of the FSAE leadership and staff.

“The Board of Directors and I believe Hester is the right choice for the Interim CEO position,” said FSAE Chair Keyna Cory. “She has been a valuable member of the FSAE team for many years and is a proven leader. We are grateful to Hester for her willingness to serve in this important capacity and we know that she is deeply committed to the success of FSAE and our members.”

Regarding her appointment, Hester said: “This is a leadership role I am happy to take on, but the circumstances that brought this about are heartbreaking. We are lucky to have had Frank guiding us for the past 10 years and I am honored to continue moving our organization forward.”

The Board will assemble a search committee to begin the process for identifying a permanent CEO soon.
