FSAE Sponsors are in the spotlight at our events. Sponsors are given name and logo recognition on all our event marketing – which includes our website, email, social media and print marketing. Not only are you able to network with association decision makers and meeting planners, sponsors are often given time to speak during the event so that you can take your message directly to your target market. And we offer everything from intimate gatherings at roundtable meetings to large audiences at our Annual Conference. The FSAE Annual Conference is a three-day event with a variety of sponsorship opportunities that can meet any budget. The 2024 Annual Conference is July 9-11 at the Hilton West Palm Beach.

One-Day Summits and Conferences
FSAE Education Expo is a one-day educational conference in Tallahassee each October. This event includes sponsorship opportunities as well as a table-top trade show. 225-250 Attendees typically– made up of a mix of association executives, planners, and suppliers are all levels. Women's Summit
The Women’s Summit features inspiring speakers, informative panels, networking and strengthening women leaders in association management. 75-100 Attendees – made up of a mix of association executives, planners, and suppliers at all levels (typically majority of attendees are female).
NEW: Leadership & Management Summit
The Leadership & Management Summit will occur in May 2025 in North FL and features inspiring speakers, informative panels, interactive sessions, and networking to strengthen senior level leaders in association management. 75-100 Attendees – made up of a mix of association executives and suppliers
NEW: Membership & Marketing Summit
The Membership & Marketing Summit will occur in March or April in Central FL and includes inspiring speakers, informative panels, interactive sessions, and networking to strengthen association management executives at all levels. 75-100 Attendees – made up of a mix of association executives and suppliers

Power Luncheons
Power Luncheons are educational events that occur in Tallahassee and throughout the state to bring members together for networking and education on the latest trends in association management. Highlight your product or service to approximately 100 association executives and business professionals with speaking time during the luncheon and wide-spread event marketing to all members. Meeting Planner Roundtables
Meeting Planner Roundtables are monthly luncheons in Tallahassee exclusively for association meeting planners. Highlight your property/location/service to an intimate gathering of association meeting planners with speaking time during the lunch and event marketing to all members. Host an FSAE Event
Every fall, FSAE sends an RFP out to our members with the opportunity to host an FSAE event at your location or property. This includes our luncheons, retreats and board meetings planned for the next calendar year. The RFP is typically sent to members in September/October for the following year's events.
