Secrets to Collaboration – How People and Organizations Work Together and Move Forward

Speaker: Barry Moline

Do you ever wonder why some organizations work better together and consistently accomplish more? Roundtable speaker Barry Moline and Mark Schuman are co-authoring the book Secrets to Collaboration – How People and Organizations Work Together and Move Forward. The book questions if collaboration exist, and if so - where? What are the ingredients to successful collaboration?

The December CEO Roundtable will include Barry's initial thesis for the book and how that has changed based on interviews with the CEO of ASAE, Executive Director of the National League of Cities, and senior officials in a wide variety of organizations from around the nation. He'll continue this conversation and welcome participant input on

1) your philosophy of collaboration, and

2) successful collaboration experience you’ve had.

(NOTE: The lunch conversation will be recorded for use in the book, but only positive aspects of collaboration will be used. References to specific people and organizations will be generalized.)

Registration is FREE, lunch is on your own.
A discounted menu will be provided.
