Associations are made up of so many diverse personalities! Learning to navigate what does and doesn’t work can create roadblocks to creating engaging member experiences. Likewise, our venue and supplier partners can’t sell impactful products and destinations unless they can understand who they are selling to and what makes them tick. Creating connections with both your internal team and your customers is paramount to success. Building the right environment for this may be easier than you think!
