Join FSAE and Marriott International for a Roundtable Luncheon of good company, good food and good conversation at Township. We’ll share ideas, get to know each other and have some fun holiday games. Plus, we will have a philanthropy project everyone can participate in.

Fill the Toy Chest for the TMH Children’s Center
Please bring an unwrapped toy from the list below to be donated to fill the toy chest at the Children’s Center in Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Prominent among current needs are new toys for the toy chest. The designated toy chest in front of the nurse’s station is for patients to select a take-home toy or a toy to carry as they are transported to a procedure site in the hospital. These toys will help those sick children in the hospital with managing side effects from their treatments and in providing needed distractions for kids, and their families, during this stressful time.

• Glitter wands, pinwheels
• Small and medium balls (Nerf and rubber)
• Small Lego and block sets (plastic)

The FSAE Meeting Planner Roundtable is open to FSAE Executive Members and Meeting Planners only. Online registration is open until one day prior to the luncheon. On-site registrations are based on availability and are on a first-come basis. The luncheon will begin promptly at 11:30 am and end at 1:00 pm. There is no charge for this event, although a donation to the FSAE Foundation is encouraged.

Cancellations should be directed to the FSAE office by calling (850) 702-0942. Individuals who fail to cancel reservations prior to noon on the Tuesday before the Roundtable will be billed $25. No shows will be billed $25.
