As meeting planners, we’re tasked with navigating the art of gratitude to service staff at our events. It can be frustrating to determine the who & how much of tipping, while also ensuring that we meet our budget. We’ve gathered together seasoned meeting planners to share their knowledge and experience when it comes to tipping. Attendees will learn etiquette, best practices, and creatives strategies for tipping and show gratitude pre and post event.

Affordable fees are possible because of our Associates’ generosity and investment in FSAE.

The FSAE Meeting Planner Roundtable is open to FSAE Executive Members and Meeting Planners only. Online registration is open until one day prior to the luncheon. On-site registrations are based on availability and are on a first-come basis. The luncheon will begin promptly at 11:30 am and end at 1:00 pm. There is no charge for this event, although a donation to the FSAE Foundation is encouraged.

Cancellations should be directed to the FSAE office by calling (850) 702-0942. Individuals who fail to cancel reservations prior to noon on the day before the Roundtable will be billed $25. No shows will be billed $25.
